Abstract
Metodanmi molekulární biologie a imunochemie byl sledován vliv glukomannanu o koncentraci 50 a 100 mikrogramů/ml na produkci zvolených regulátorů melanogeneze buněčnou linií HaCaT před a po UVB ozáření dávkou 1, 2, 5 a 10 mJ/cm2 .
